DONE! Outline took a while. Shading took me around 6-7 hours starting from last night and continuing today after class. Reference pic used: here Materials used: -carbon pencil for outline -charcoal pencil 4B Yes, it's another JaeJoong drawing. Yes, I realize it doesn't look like him. Yes, I realize I should use graphite if I want to do detailed portraits. Yes, I am stubbornly sticking by charcoal. haha I had a lot of fun doing this, and it was extremely rushed for no reason simply because the outline has been lying around for months and I wanted to finish it before I forget again. The shading was actually quite fun to do although I messed up extremely bad doing the hair. If you want to see my progress, please do look in 'scraps'. =] Done for a friend<3 I'll mail it out sooner or later. Happy early Birthday, and no, this is not my present. =x |
