This portrait spanned well over 2 months. I think the actual time I used to draw though is less than 15 hours. I just didn't have a lot of inspiration so there was a lot of sitting and sighing on my part.
The hair sort of sucked major butt, but I really tried hard to capture his face more accurately, and I'm fairly please with it.

Probably the last portrait I'll do of JunSu for a very long time, if ever again. I was delaying on posting this because it felt so 'final'--like a farewell to the fandom. That's what it is though, I think.
I was a big fan of his smile. It made me like his music and made me tolerant of his act on tv. Too bad that smile isn't the same anymore..
~So, bye bye JunSu, and thank you for the wonderful inspirations and the music (when I was a fan of it). Unfortunately, my taste outgrew you as an artist and idol, so I guess this is where the fandom ends for me.~
Anyhoo, I totally went off there? lol

* I almost never use graphite, for the few of you who msged me before. ^ ^;
That's why my portraits aren't very sharp and defined. I prefer them this way..
PS: This is for the JunSu Birthday Project over at TVXQprojects forum. If you'd like a copy, feel free to ask and I'll send it to you.
What?! Seriously? No, I really love it! Hair is very hard for me to do correctly and I think you really did a great job!
Love the lips too, by the way! That highlight really makes them "come alive!"

When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
A Special Collection of photographs i found this month that still haunts my mind. Show them some love There are always some i can`t include due to space, i try to make the features under 50 deviations to give them better exposure
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
